     About the year 1900, a small, dark-haired boy named Charlie Chaplin was often seen waiting outside the back
entrances of London theatres. He looked thin and hungry. He was hoping to get work in show business. He could

     Florence Nightingale was one of world"s great nurses. She was born in Florence, Italy on May 12,1820. When she
was young, she wanted to be a nurse. The family had lots of money, so they thought it would be better if she didn"t
