As an university graduate, it's not easy to find a good job. They often don;t understand why employers don't give them reply for their cover letter.Although they added the return envelop with their letters, they get nothing or only a small piece of refusal message which tells that the position has been already filled.
Applicants always doubt whether the vacancy is taken by their friends or relatives, and whether advertisements accually have no practical use. Most of them are tired of posting cover letters everywhere. They believe that they only need a chance to meet the right person and get an interview,and their appliations will succeed!
