This paper introduces the basic automatic sticky box machines, and technology and processes through research design a set of sticky box based on PLC machine computer control system. This article first introduces the sticky box machine based on PLC control system technology and related processes, control system hardware structure and design, working principle and design PLC control system, the basic principles and steps of PLC in sticky box to illustrate the application of machine control system. According to sticky box machine operation requirements for the equipment of the electrical design control and automatic control circuit, mainly including equipment start-stop, switch signals and signal acquisition, finally according to requirement of process design PLC control system, including PLC selection, I/O port resource allocation and machining process in accordance with sticky box washer PLC program.
