1,300读作one thousand and three hundred对吗,如果对的话,那1,375是不是也读作：one thousand and three hundred (and)seventy-five?感觉好像有点不对劲,尤其是括号里的and也读的时候,更别扭．

只有百和十之间用and.1300就读one thousand three hundred.当然,也有千和十,以及千和个位数之间也有and的.如：2010,two thousand and ten2009,two thousand and nine2119 two thousand one hundred and nineteen...
