i bought a air-conditin form your company last mouth,you know ,when i try to used it ,i found a lot of problems around your product,such as slow refrigeration and too much noise make me a bad quality of sleep.so i can't even stand a air-condition like this which give me so uncomfortable environment ,
so i write this letter to you just want you know my situation after using your product ,i hope you should do something for me to solve my trouble,by the way ,i also want to warn your company,if you dont take measures ,i will require to send it back to you .
