这题选A，为什么不是向上题一样选D.worked啊？

最根本的原因在于,seat作为动词的时候是及物动词,用法为seat sb. 使某人坐好.后面没有宾语的时候都为被动形式.如sb. be seated.
另外你所说的work 与sit 都是不及物动词,都是没有被动的,所以都是用doing .
