我就胡乱给你说说第二题,我也是英语白痴,尤其是非谓语动词.
一看,逗号隔开,两个句子,况且也没连词,所以就判断考察非谓语动词.排除D A（to do可以作主语,成句子了）
做非谓语动词的题,就是看主语这里就是we和非谓语动词believe的关系
如果是“我相信”,就用ing 我们“被相信”用ed
那么这里就“是我们相信” 排除C 故选B
