My friend Harry was putting on weight,because he loved to eat chocolates and hamburgers.And he always sleeps a lot.He was so heavy that he had difficulty walking and banding over.He then decided to join a health club in order to lose weight.At the club,there is a indoor swimming pool,a bowling center and a workout room.The facilities (设施) are modern and easy to use.Harry goes there five times a week.Each time,he begins with some warm-up exercises.Then he rides a stationary (固定的) bike before spending some time swimming.If he happens to have some friends with him,he plays table tennis with them.Playing table tennis is not only fun,but it helps to lose some weight.Harry soon finds that the more exercise he does,the easier he can move.Now,he is an excellent table tennis player.Harry is looking better and better.To keep himself in a good shape,he keeps doing exercise every day.
