Of course I am acutely concerned about the global warming.Global warming would not only wreak havoc on the environments,like the extinctions of rare vulnerable species,rising sea level,but also directly affect multifarious dimensions of our daily life.
a)Human activities are causing our planet to become warmer.
I find this statement of certain elements of verity as growing number of scientific researches revealing the direct connection between the global warming and human activities since the industry revolution,yet other meteorologists too propounded the theory of global warming associated with earth activities rather than mankind and argue against that carbon dioxide emission on part of human is negligible compared to the whole ecological system.
b)Governments are not doing enough about our planet becoming warmer.
Although a laundry list of pledges and concessions have been made by the major powers to tackle ever-severe global warming issue,Kyoto protocol and the most recent Copenhagen conference remains of little binding effect to the signatories but more of political propaganda aiming to placate the unhappiness of people about their inaction.
