In today's world,many people are busy with working,studying or some trouble.So a lot of people are under pressure.For example,I have a friend,she is a high school student and she is being entered university.In order to admitted to a good university,she study even at midnight.But she can't pass some exam.Some of her classmates also get a good mark even they go to bed earlier than her.The reason is that she is under pressure and she doesn't relax herself.So in today's rapidly and modern life we should find ways to relax ourselves.
