    All of us want to be healthy. First I think sleep is important. Usually we need about eight hours" sleep every
night. Then we will feel active and energetic during the day. A healthy diet is also impotant. Fresh vegetables,
fruit and fish are good for us. We should not eat too many snacks and fast food, such as hambergers and coke.
Everyone needs to do some exercise like jogging and playing ball games in order to keet fit.
    Of course, there are many other ways to keep healthy. I think having a good state of mind is very impotant.
