Yes,that's very important.People can get enough information about one's talent,education level and character through the culture he or she has.Especially,so far as I know,for a leader or manager of some groups,the culture of the person is significant.It shows so much for a person.
But for me,i really don't know which aspect of my culture is what i am most pround of.However,i attach much importance to that.
