With the development of China's stock market, it becomes more and more important for the public company to choose a right policy for the divident distribution. It concerns not only about the development of the company but aslo about the profit requests from the stockholders, and furthermore,it is related to the improvement of the inner quality on all sides of commercial banks.As a central financial problem of all the problems of the company,the divident policy has long been concerned closely by all of the stockholders.Becuase dividend payment is not only related to the interests of the stockholders and creditors of the company but aslo related to the development of the company.And in order to choose the right policy,we should first analyze the factors that may affect.This article takes the actual situation of the Bank of China Limited as a foundation,analyze factors of the internal and external sides that influence dividend payment among the banks and give out the best policy by making good use of all the factors.It's significant to develop a correct,stable divident policy.Considering that China's capital market is not perfect , the phenomenon of an unreasonable divident distribution is also widespread among the public companies.it's still of great importance to investigate the factors that affect the divident policy both in theory and reality.
