Nowadays,students’ mental unhealth has brought about lots of problems such as delinquency,taking drug and so forth.Therefore,the duty how to improve their mental health is not only for their parents but also for schools.
It is known to all that students’ learning efficiency will be badly affected,if they’re in pressure for a long time and couldn’t adjust their mind.It is vital to schools to find effective ways to help them get rid of the pressure.First,schools can organize interesting activities to the students,which are able to help them relax.In addition,don’t arrange too much extra homework for them.Too much homework isn’t able to improve their study progress and even burden them.
From what has discussed above,schools should try them best helping students improve their mind.But as students themselves,they also should learn to adapt their present school life to help them adjust their mind.
