acknowledge or accept certain aspects of ourselves.We then feel these
qualities are foreign to us and we project them onto others,whom we then

appears to be strong and self-sufficient may feel contempt for men who allow
themselves to be taken care of when weak or ill.As you can see,personal
growth may be unsettling at times.It involves moving away from some of the
familiar self-images acquired during our formative years.And it involves
seeing yourself in new ways,especially as a more self-directed person.Because
each of us has different values and goals there is no detailed guide to assure
